Our fast approach - The majority of assignments are completed in less than three weeks, from the time of the initial briefing, right through the advertising, interviewing, short-listing, reference checking and final offer / acceptance.

This means minimal disruption to our cleints' productivity - we understand the need to move quickly to fill the position and minimize downtime.

We look after candidates - we believe that we can play a significant public relations role for our clients in the marketplace through handling recruitment for them.  Every candidate who comes into contact with us is treated with respect and dignity, something that we have found to be of major importance in maintaining the high standard of any company in the business community.

Fees are not our highest priority - we will never try to force a “near enough“person into a job in order to generate a fee.  If we have any reservations of any kind, we will speak our mind.  This means that our clients can rely upon us and trust the information we give them.
