Careful and thorough reference checking of each candidate   This reference checking will be completed after the final interview and before the position is offered.

Guarantee - by following our normal selection criteria, the likelihood of an unsuccessful appointment being made is extremely low.  However, for further security, we have a three-month guarantee period for all placements.  This means that provided our terms and conditions have been met and the person resigns or is dismissed for any reason during this guarantee period, we will replace that person without any additional costs to you other than out of the pocket expenses.  We believe that this guarantee shows our commitment to quality recruitment and importantly, our commitment to our clients.
